MozabRizanSepahan Company has the capability to cast various steel alloys and cast iron alloy parts up to 45 tons. By utilizing advanced equipment, up-to-date technical knowledge, and a specialized team, it is capable of producing high-precision parts in accordance with international standards for various industries, including steel, oil and gas, power plants, and automotive.

Design Department

In this department, the design of all casting products is carried out, including 2D and 3D designs using various software such as AutoCAD, Catia, and SolidWorks, as well as simulations using ProCAST and MAGMA software.

Production Department

This department includes the modeling, molding, melting furnaces, refractory work, and heat treatment sections, each of which plays a crucial role in the production process and in improving the quality of the final products, using advanced equipment and under the supervision of experienced specialists.

QC Department

Quality control inspections are conducted by the company’s experts to ensure that each part meets the established technical specifications and quality requirements, with the aim of maintaining product quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.

QA Department

The Quality Assurance Department plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of products and services. By overseeing both production and non-production processes, it ensures the implementation of global standards and management systems. With the aim of continuous improvement and increasing customer satisfaction, this department is in the process of implementing the ISO 9001 standard.

Sales Department

The main responsibilities of the Sales Department include accurately identifying customer needs, explaining the features and technical specifications of products, and providing specialized solutions to help select the most optimal option. These activities are carried out to enhance customer satisfaction and foster effective interaction for the continuous improvement of product quality and performance.
